30-day return period
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not qualify for a return or refund unless required by applicable law.
Return eligibility
To qualify, an item should be unused, in the condition received and returned with its original packaging and included accessories. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
Items that may not be returned
- Personalized or made-to-order products, unless defective.
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards, downloadable products or other non-returnable items identified before purchase.
- Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage or normal wear.
How to request a return
Contact us through the Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number, the reason for the request and photos when the product is damaged or incorrect. Return instructions must be confirmed before shipment.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. We will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, where a return is required. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.
Return shipping and original delivery charges
Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or applicable law requires otherwise. Original delivery charges are not normally refundable unless the entire order qualifies because of our error or a legal requirement.
Cancellations
Contact us quickly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.
